Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the change is immediate. If you downgrade, it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial for the Professional plan?
We offer a completely free Starter plan that lets you test the core extraction engine. For Professional trials, please contact our support team.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely via Paddle (Lemon Squeezy).
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup or hidden fees for the Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise customers may have custom implementation options.
